Refund Policy:
General Merchandise ~ Refunds are cheerfully given within 7 days of receipt of merchandise (minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs).
Custom Orders ~ No refunds are given on custom work, unless the piece is damaged, then it will be replaced at no additional cost.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Shipping costs are based on weight and choice of serve.
Packaging:
All pieces come with a 36 " cord, accent bead and most have a descriptive booklets. They are displayed in an easy to hang packet.
