Dear Reader,
I have thought long and hard about what to
say here, and have decided that instead of telling you how long we have been in
business, how we started, or how wonderful we are - which I am sure is of no
real interest to anyone, I would like to take a different approach. I don't
think we need to toot our own horn or try to convince you to order from us. I
would like to think our jewelry and customer service speaks for it's self. With
that said, here is what I would like to use this opportunity for - I would like
to thank some very important people.
From our very humble beginnings,
it took more then the dedication, drive and perseverance of both my husband and
myself. For without the outstanding expertise and craftsmanship of the people
we work with or for, we would just be another jewelry distributor. They are the
ones that make us stand out; it's their work and the love that they put into it
that makes us special. Without these people we would not be unique. Thank you
for sharing your gift with us and believing in us. Thank you for taking our
designs and breathing life into them. You are both doing an amazing job!
As time went by, we grew and like watching a child, I saw our company
blossom into adulthood (no pun intended, to those who know us). With that came
the opportunity to work with another group of wonderful people, mundanely known
as staff. I have seen them work overtime to the point of exhaustion, not
because they were asked to, but because they choose to. Their devotion to what
they believe in is overwhelming and heart warming and it's these people that
need to be recognized and thanked for their herculean efforts.
Last,
but far from least, the total devotion from both our retail customers and the
stores we supply. Without them there would be no Magickal Needs. From the
customers that tracked us down from Canada, where we first started to the store
owners who have stuck by us through think and thin - we will always be thankful
and grateful to you all. Your support and loyalty to us has not gone unnoticed
or unappreciated - Thank you!
I would also like to thank my husband for
his support, foresight, creativity, wisdom and incredible patience. All those
times I felt like giving up - he was the one who kept pushing me forward. At
times he had more belief then I did - Thank you for being there and thank you
for all those late dinners you made!
On that note I would like to close
by thanking "the powers that be" for all your guidance and wisdom. Like a great
recipe, without all the right ingredients - your final result with be less then
inspiring.
