How do I order?
There are a number of different ways you can order from us:
1/ You can use our online shopping cart.
2/ Email your order to orders@magickalneeds.com, when we receive your email, we will call you back to confirm, and get your credit card information.

Yes, we will ship outside the USA, we will NOT ship to any Eastern European Countries
What are your shipping charges?
We have flat shipping rates!
For shipping within the US $6.95
Canada $10.95
Europe and all other countries $15.95

Are your prices listed in US Dollars?
Yes, all prices are listed in US funds
When you charge my credit card, what will my statement descriptor read?
Your statement will show charges to "The Phoenix Group"
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks (which will be held for 10 business days), money orders and of course
good ol' fashion cash!
What is your refund policy?
General Merchandise ~ Refunds are cheerfully given within 14 days of receipt of merchandise (minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs).
Custom Orders
No refunds are given on custom work, unless the piece is damaged, then it will be replaced at no additional cost.
Catalogs & Wholesale
Do you have a paper catalog? Can you please send me one?
Yes, we do have a full color catalog, unfortunately, they are only available to trade. You must own a store and have a valid vendors permit or resale license.
I have a store, do you wholesale?
Yes, we do wholesale, you can request a wholesale catalog by calling us at 603-465-9092, emailing us at wholesale@magickalneeds.com, or you can order directly on-line. We will email you our wholesale price list upon request. Just Email us at the above address. Everything in our catalog is located on our website. New items will appear on our site prior to our catalog. Also check out "wholesale" on our main menu.

Do you do custom work?

If I order a custom piece of jewelry, how long will it take to make?
Well, that depends on the intricacy of the piece, once you have supplied us with the finally sketches, it will usually take about 4 weeks.
What material is your jewelry made from?
All our jewelry is made from Excelsior Pewter, unless otherwise noted.
What is Excelsior Pewter?
Excelsior Pewter, is pewter with a high nickel content that does not tarnish. It will always keep it's shine and luster.
Are your designs available in Gold?
All designs with "RD" prior to the stock number are available in Gold. If the price is not listed on the website, please call or email us for quote.
I'm interested in one of your pieces that has a garnet in it, Can I change the stone? Will it cost more?
Yes, we work with all precious and semi precious stones. You can change any current stone type for one of your choice. There might be an increase in price depending on the stone, please call or email us for a quote, questions@magickalneeds.com
Ancient Reproductions
Where do you find such great pieces?
Magickal Needs is thrilled to be able to introduce our newest line ~ Ancient Reproductions. With the expertise and knowledge of our wonderful staff and many professionals in the field, we have been able to acquire numerous antiquities. All our pieces have Lab Reports and COA to verify age, origin and composition.
How do you reproduce them?
We pay painstaking attention to reproducing each piece of jewelry using the same techniques as the original. This is done to honor the ancient craftsmen who worked with extremely limited resources.
I really like one of your pieces, can I get it in Gold?
Yes!

Great photography, where did you get it?
All photography is taken specifically for Magickal Needs by our staff photographer.
Why do you have copyright notices on all your graphics?
We have put a lot of effort into our website at great expense. Theft of photography, graphics, jewelry designs and/or text will not be tolerated. All the images on our website contain protective embossed watermarks. In addition, all jewelry designs are original and copyrights are held by the following companies; Pepi & Co., RD Studio's and Magickal Needs. It is a Phoenix Group policy to aggressively pursue and prosecute any and all instances of copyright / trade name infringement and content theft.
